Create your own daily seated, gentle yoga and meditation practice to help foster self-care and stress-resiliency. Develop a clear understanding of essential yoga postures, proper alignment to prevent injury, and explore a handful of meditation practices to strengthen your mental mindfulness muscle. Bring from home a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket.
